You should apply for your children to come to the United States as soon as possible. This is because the age of your child can affect the course of their immigration application.

How should I file my taxes for immigration?

What is a T visa for labor or sex human trafficking?
T visas are for someone has been compelled to work or perform sex acts under coercion, threat, or force. T visas lead to four years of lawful status, and the potential of a Green Card and U.S. citizenship.
How do I apply for my sibling to come to the United States?
If you want to apply for your brother or sister, you must wait until you are a U.S. citizen. Currently, it takes nearly 14 years after a visa is submitted for a sibling before their “visa becomes current.”
